Are adapters/spacers sold individually or as 4 piece sets?

We sell our adapters and spacers as individual pieces unless specifically stated in a kit. Most items will only have the option for 1 Pc while a select few have the option for 4 Pcs. Please read the product description carefully.

We have moved away from selling kits because items are made to order. We will make the adapters/spacers specifically for your order. Please do not assume the pricing reflects an entire 4 piece set.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COVERED BY A WARRANTY?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products. Most of our items are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and terms may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the specific product page or contact our support team for more information.

Any modifications or alterations on our products voids all warranty and returns will not be allowed.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please keep in mind that most of our products are made to order. If you change your mind about a product, you may be eligible for a return within a certain period with the charge of a restocking fee. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer international shipping to various countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. During the checkout process, you'll be able to see available shipping options for your location. Certain items are not available to ship internationally due to increased costs for size and weight.

Can I get an invoice for accounting?

DO YOU HAVE ANY FINANCING AVAILABLE?

YES! We offer financing through Affirm, Shop Pay, and Snap Finance.

Affirm and Shop Pay are available at checkout.

Can I split payment between two payment methods?

This is only available for orders placed in person.

How long do orders take to ship?

Most items are made to order.

To ensure efficiency, different sizes are cut on different days of the week. Most adapters/spacers are processed within 3-4 weeks depending on queue lengths. We use an automated software to send production updates for adapters or spacers only. You will receive an email/text when the manufacturing department receives your order and another email/text when they have begun the milling process.

Powder coated services vary on powder availability and required production time. Our current producution time is 2-3 days. Items are prepped, powder coated, and placed in oven. To achieve the correct color, two or three coats are required. Cooling times may also delay order fulfillment. Powder will chip in transit if not properly cooled before shipping. Custom or out-of-stock powders will require at least 2 business to reach our warehouse.

Wheels are not kept in stock. Manufacturing varies on availability of raw materials. Any customizations require customer approval before machining can begin. Queue lengths vary. We aim to fulfill your wheels orders within 4-6 weeks. Delays in raw materials, design details, and powders may delay fulfillment date. Wheels are shipped in either FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight.

Issues with production do arise and delay fulfillment. We try to work as efficiently as possible; however if the items do not pass internal inspection, we are required to fix the problem before shipping your order. This will delay your order's fulfillment. Manufacturing issues are not automatically reported on our automated software, so we ask that you contact us for a more accurate order status.

What is the powder coating process?

For custom powder colors: enter the color name in the notes area on your cart. There will be on option to "Add order note     +" or "Add notes   +" on the cart page before checkout. You can also contact us after your purchase to add the color. Most of our custom colors are from prismaticpowders.com. 

We buy our powders from a few vendors both locally and across the United States. We try to keep most of our popular colors in stock at all times. If you order lug nuts and the powder color is in stock, they will be powder coated within 2-3 business days and shipped using FedEx 2 Day shipping. For our least popular powders and for custom powder colors, we need to order from the vendor before we can start working on your order. Most of our vendors are also on a made-to-order platform, so a color may take anywhere from 1 day to 1 week to ship to us. Some powder coating requires a chrome base, if this is the case we require at least 1 extra day to process because the chrome must completely set before we can powder coat the second color. 

We automate our system to create labels for all of our powder coated lug nut orders. So you may see a tracking number on your order but it may not ship out right away.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes! We offer shipping insurance through a third party vendor called Ship Insure. When you add an item to cart, you will have the option to add shipping insurance to your order. It is not automatically added and the price varies by order. The base is $0.98 and goes up to 2% of the total cost of the item. We are not the insurance company. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you need to file a claim, please refer to the insurance company's email confirmation for claim procedures. If you did not add the insurance before checkout, you will not be able to add insurance afterwards.
