Sketching
The design process starts by sketching the wheel's contours, profiles, and pockets using various CAD software, establishing a solid foundation for further development.
Solid Modeling
Solid Modeling: Following the sketches, we use revolving techniques and apply radiuses, step-downs, and ball end mill work to create a digital model that closely mimics the actual wheel.
Tool Paths
This critical step involves determining if a design can be machined by creating tool paths using various drills, end mills, and chamfer tools. Efficient tool selection and path planning are key to achieving the best results.
Machining
We use a complete suite of Haas machines that come with the latest technology, allowing us to efficiently and automatically machine complex wheels
Finishing
We offer various finishes such as polish, powder coating, two-tone, and combinations of milled or brushed effects, exclusively using Prismatic Powders for all our powder coating needs.

What sets our direct bolt-on dually wheels apart?
Our rear wheels are truly hub-centric, resting securely on the hub, unlike competitors where the outer wheel is only held by studs—raising safety concerns. We've developed two innovative methods, including special lug nuts that evenly distribute weight between both rear wheels, ensuring perfect alignment and safely supporting your truck's full capabilities.
IMPORTANT: We strongly advise against using adapters with aftermarket direct bolt-on dually wheels, as this can lead to safety issues and defeats the purpose of a direct bolt-on setup.

Dually Wheels W/ Adapters
Our 10x285.75 MM wheel adapters allow you to install dual wheels on your dually truck, with options for 1" thick steel or 1.5"(standard size) up to 8" thick aluminum. These adapters are essential for fitting 13.50-inch or wider tires and are perfect for achieving a bold, aggressive stance with a 10-lug setup.
They address fitment issues with components like leaf springs, control arms, and sway bars, and upgrade your studs from 14mm to 22mm for superior strength. Our 100% hub-centric and wheel-centric adapters ensure no vibrations and are built to last. Made in the USA, they guarantee high quality and reliability.
We can custom build spacers or adapters that fit between the dual wheels to prevent tire rubbing. This can only be safely achieved using our heavy-duty adapters.
Compatible with trucks such as the Chevrolet Silverado 3500, GMC Sierra 3500, Ford F-350, F-450, F-550, and Dodge Ram 3500, 4500, and 5500, these adapters enhance resale value and adaptability. Using these adapters increases your wheels' resale value, as they can be adapted to other trucks with the correct wheel adapter.
Front Single & Rear Duallys
Super Singles With Duallys
Super singles up front and duallys in the rear involve swapping the front dually offset wheels for wider, single wheels such as 20x10, 22x12, 24x14, 26x12, 28x14, 30x16 or many other sizes. These are common on 3/4 ton trucks and provide a substantial lip. Front wheels are a direct bolt-on after removing the factory dually conversion adapter, which all duallys possess.
We offer a "Ghost style" design for these super singles, ensuring the center caps match the rear. This style features a 10x285.75 mm center cap with large, aesthetic-only lug nut covers, giving the appearance of a 10-lug semi truck. The wheels attach directly without additional adapters.
Rear dually wheels, maintaining a 10x285.75 mm bolt pattern, require adapters to accommodate 13.50-inch or wider tires, enhancing the truck's stance. Our custom-built spacers prevent tire rubbing, suitable for models like the Chevrolet Silverado 3500, GMC Sierra 3500, Ford F-Series Super Duty, and Dodge Ram 3500 series.
The Infamous 8x275 MM
8x275 MM Wheels
The 8x275 MM bolt pattern, often described as the unicorn of bolt patterns, is no longer unattainable. Custom forged wheels for these medium-duty trucks, which feature a massive 8 lug bolt pattern akin to big rigs but with two fewer studs, are now available. Our wheels come with a stud swap kit, allowing for the conversion to a more suitable thread pitch and the use of longer studs, which in turn accommodate stylish billet lug nut covers. This is particularly useful as these trucks typically have shorter studs, which previously made fitting dually wheels a challenge.
We are excited to offer custom forged wheels, available with both billet floating and non-floating caps, and billet lug nut covers, ranging in size from 20" dually to 30". Our wheels are designed for a direct bolt-on setup, eliminating the need for wheel adapters and ensuring ease of installation with a special lug nut included.
These wheels are compatible with vehicles featuring the 8x275 MM bolt pattern, such as the Chevrolet 4500/5500 Kodiak, GMC 4500/5500 Topkick, Freightliner M2, International 4300, and Ford F650.
