Refund policy
Venum does not accept exchanges, however, most items may be returned for a refund.
All eligible items must be returned within 15 days from the date you received it. Please allow a period of up to 3 business days for us to process your return/replacement.
Please note: If you contact us after the 15-day period, your return will automatically be rejected. The package must be scanned by the carrier within the 15-day period. No exceptions. Items sent back to us after the 15-day period or without our knowledge will not be refunded.
ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
Here is how it works:
Complete the return form included in your package download the form below.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was sent, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and send a picture of your items to support@venumwheel.com . We will gladly process a replacement or refund.
Products must be packaged correctly in their original packaging (i.e. use original packaging materials provided to divide and cushion products to prevent scratches and/or rubbing).
Please ship the items to the return address below using your preferred shipping provider.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee:
A 30% Restocking Fee will apply to any return/exchange that were NOT received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
No restocking fee will be applied if the item was sent defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Condition of Returned Items Policy
Refunds:
When an item is returned for a refund, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received and all the items that were in the original package should be included. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, the return will not be accepted.
Garage Sale Items
Garage Sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Powder Coated Products:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Our Custom Powder Coated Lug Nuts are made to order just for you, and we cannot accept returns. Replacements will be provided if the product is defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was sent. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Custom Items:
All custom items are final sale.
Customer Approval: All custom wheel/wheel cap designs (including color/polish finishes, offsets, bolt patterns, cap logo/design, and other modifications) require approval from the customer prior to manufacturing.
Product Accuracy: Please note that renderings are provided for visual reference only and may not precisely reflect the final product's color, finish, or appearance due to variations in lighting, screen settings, and rendering limitations.
Customer Responsibility: We ask that all customers carefully review and confirm design details before giving final approval. Each product is custom-made to your specifications. Dislike of the final product, including color, finish, or design, is not an acceptable reason for return or exchange.
By approving the rendering, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Cancellation Policy:
You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests after 24 hours for made-to-order items (such as wheels, adapters, spacers, and any that require custom powders) will incur a 30% restocking fee.
For cancellation requests please email support@venumwheel.com as soon as possible. You can also call 310-763-1437 during business hours. Please note, once an item is in transit, we cannot cancel the order. It will have to be returned (please see return policy above).
In the event you need to change your order before it is shipped, please email support@venumwheel.com or call 310-763-1437 as soon as possible to avoid delays and errors.
Please note, most of our items are made-to-order and cannot be cancelled without incurring the 30% restocking fee once production has started (this includes renderings).
