Shipping policy

Most of our items are made to order. This means we will start working on your order once we receive it. Lead times vary by made-to-order item. Our in-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. International orders are also welcomed. Shipping is paid by the customer in flat shipping rates. Any stolen, or lost item does not mean that Venum Wheel is responsible for re-shipping the products purchased. If an item is damaged during shipment, you may contact us via email at support@venumwheel.com to work a solution out.

If you purchased Shipping Insurance, please contact ShipInsure directly for any issues.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure the product is packaged, and handled correctly. If you purchased an incorrect item and would like to exchange it, you are responsible for returned shipping fees.

Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

 

FedEx Ground Shipping

Delivery date is between 4-5 business days.

 

Fast 2-3 Day Express Shipping

Delivery typically two to three business days.

 

Overnight Air Shipping

Delivery the next business day after the order has shipped. An order that ships out Thursday with Overnight delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Overnight Air would arrive on Monday.

 

International Shipping

Delivery date can typically be from 1-3 weeks depending on carrier. All international orders are not guaranteed delivery depending on your shipping carrier. Before placing order, please ensure that FedEx/USPS delivers to your location.
