These wheel adapters are designed to convert your truck's 8x6.5" bolt pattern to the medium-duty 8x275 mm bolt pattern. Common 8x275 wheels include 19.5" and 22.5" options from Kodiak, Top Kick, GM Silverado 4500/5500, International 4300, Freightliner M2, and certain Ford F-650 trucks, as well as aftermarket wheels with the same bolt pattern.

Important Note These adapters have M22x1.5 studs. If your wheels need M20x1.5 due to smaller holes, you may need to enlarge them. Most wheels fit M22x1.5, but we can accommodate M20x1.5 with limited stud length.

To properly install dually wheels, you’ll need a 3" factory hub extension. If a factory hub extension isn’t available, we can create a 3" wheel adapter to serve the same purpose.

Rear Wheels

A 1.5" thick adapter provides ample clearance to mount dually wheels without interfering with the leaf springs.
